Our Standard
We build and check this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We review the site when we add or change pages.
What We Have Done
Every photo has a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
The whole site works with a keyboard alone. A “Skip to content” link and a visible focus outline show where you are on the page.
Pages use headings and landmarks so screen reader users can move around them quickly.
Text and buttons meet WCAG color contrast levels, including text placed over photos.
Pages work on phones and when zoomed to 200% or more, without scrolling sideways.
Nothing on the site plays sound, and the short animations turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.
